As one of the featured food vendors, our team served guests throughout race weekend from our signature Falcone's Food Trailer, while also debuting an exciting new concept created specifically for this event: Mac & Speed.

For the Arlington Grand Prix, we wanted to create something entirely new.
Enter Mac & Speed — a custom food trailer concept built around premium gourmet macaroni and cheese bowls designed to match the energy and excitement of race weekend.
Guests enjoyed rich, made-to-order comfort food with bold flavors, creating a unique dining experience that complemented the fast-paced atmosphere of the event.
The launch of Mac & Speed marked another milestone for Falcone's Catering as we continue expanding our mobile catering capabilities with innovative concepts tailored to different venues and audiences.
