Question 2

Are you available for catering in Oklahoma City and the OKC metro?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We serve Oklahoma City and the entire metro — including Edmond, Norman, Yukon, Mustang, Moore, Midwest City, Del City, and more. Whether you're planning a corporate event near the downtown core or a backyard party in the suburbs, we can bring our full catering setup to you.

Question 3

Do you cater events in Edmond, OK?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Edmond is a city we serve regularly. From Edmond wedding receptions and HOA community events to corporate team lunches near I-35 and University Drive, our team is familiar with the area and handles everything — setup, service, and cleanup.

Question 4

What other Oklahoma cities do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Beyond Ardmore, Oklahoma City, and Edmond, we also travel to Sulphur, Tishomingo, Ada, Pauls Valley, Chickasha, Shawnee, Guthrie, Stillwater, and beyond. If your event is within roughly 100 miles of Ardmore or OKC, reach out and we'll confirm availability. For larger events, we'll travel further.

Question 5

Is there a travel fee for events outside of Oklahoma City?

Accepted Answer

Events within 30 miles of OKC or Ardmore are included in our base rate. For locations beyond that, a travel fee applies based on distance — and we always include that cost transparently in your custom quote so there are no surprises on event day.

Question 6

Do you cater weddings in Oklahoma?

Accepted Answer

Yes — weddings are one of our specialties. We've catered ceremonies and receptions across Oklahoma, from intimate backyard weddings of 30 guests to large venue receptions with 300+. We work with you to build a custom menu, coordinate timing with your venue, and make sure food is the last thing you stress about on your big day.

Question 7

What wedding catering packages do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer buffet-style, plated dinner, food station, and cocktail reception formats. Every wedding package includes professional staff, setup, service, and cleanup. We'll build a custom proposal around your guest count, venue, and vision. Request a free quote to get started.

Question 8

How far in advance should I book wedding catering?

Accepted Answer

For weddings, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance — especially for spring and fall dates, which fill quickly in Oklahoma. A 25% deposit holds your date. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have to customize your menu.

Question 9

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions for wedding guests?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-sensitive, and allergen-aware options. When you inquire, simply let us know your guests' needs and we'll build those accommodations into the menu and service plan at no extra charge.

Question 10

Do you offer corporate catering in Oklahoma City?

Accepted Answer

Yes — corporate catering is a core part of what we do. We serve company lunches, office meetings, employee appreciation events, client appreciation dinners, and conferences for businesses across OKC, Edmond, and the surrounding metro. We offer recurring catering arrangements for companies that need regular service.

Question 11

Can you cater large company events or conferences?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're equipped to serve large groups for corporate conferences, trade shows, and company-wide gatherings. Our food trailer and buffet setup can serve hundreds of guests efficiently. Tell us your headcount and we'll put together a proposal.

Question 12

Do you offer recurring catering for businesses?

Accepted Answer

We do. Several local businesses in the OKC and Ardmore area use us for weekly or monthly team lunches. Recurring clients get priority scheduling and streamlined ordering. Call us at (405) 602-2324 to discuss a standing arrangement.

Question 13

What kind of food does Falcone's Catering serve?

Accepted Answer

We specialize in wood-fired pizza catering, with a full menu of classic and signature pies. Depending on your package, we also offer fresh salads, garlic knots, bruschetta, desserts, and beverages. Everything is made fresh at your event using our mobile kitchen setup.

Question 14

Can we customize the menu for our event?

Accepted Answer

Yes — customization is encouraged. Whether you have a specific theme, regional favorites, dietary requirements, or just strong opinions about toppings, we'll build the menu around you. We've created custom menus for everything from Oklahoma barbecue-fusion events to elegant Italian-style wedding receptions.

Question 15

Do you offer options for guests with dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

We do. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-sensitive guests are accommodated. Just provide us with any dietary notes when you request your quote and we'll ensure every guest has something they'll enjoy.

Question 16

Do you bring all the equipment, plates, and utensils?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our packages include all serving equipment, plates, napkins, and utensils. We arrive fully equipped and handle all setup and breakdown so your venue stays clean and your event runs smoothly.

Question 17

What is the wood-fired pizza food trailer?

Accepted Answer

Our mobile food trailer is a self-contained catering unit featuring a full wood-fired pizza oven. We drive it directly to your event location and cook fresh pizzas on-site — giving your guests a live, interactive food experience that's unlike anything a traditional caterer offers.

Question 18

What are the space requirements for the food trailer?

Accepted Answer

Our trailer needs a flat, firm surface (paved or packed gravel works well) approximately 40 feet long by 12 feet wide, with at least 14 feet of vertical clearance. We confirm all venue logistics with you in advance so there are no surprises on the day.

Question 19

Does the trailer need power or water hookups?

Accepted Answer

We're largely self-sufficient. We bring our own generator and can carry water for smaller events. Access to a water source is appreciated for larger events. Just let us know your venue's setup and we'll plan accordingly.

Question 20

How long does setup and breakdown take?

Accepted Answer

We typically arrive 60–90 minutes before service begins for setup, and breakdown takes 45–60 minutes after service ends. You don't need to coordinate any of that — our crew handles it all.

Question 21

How much does catering cost in Oklahoma?

Accepted Answer

Catering costs vary based on guest count, menu selections, event duration, and travel distance. As a general guide, most events start around $15–$20 per person for smaller gatherings, with full-service wedding and corporate packages priced per custom proposal. We provide transparent, all-inclusive quotes with no hidden fees. Request yours free at (405) 602-2324.

Question 22

How do I get a catering quote?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way is to use our online quote form — it takes about 60 seconds and we'll respond the same day. You can also call or text us directly at (405) 602-2324. We'll ask about your event date, location, guest count, and preferences and get you a detailed proposal quickly.

Question 23

Is a deposit required to hold my event date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We require a 25% deposit to hold your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.

Question 24

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. We understand life happens — if you need to reschedule, reach out as early as possible and we'll do everything we can to work with you.

Question 25

How far in advance should I book catering for my event?

Accepted Answer

For most events, 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal. For weddings and large events, we recommend 3–6 months ahead — spring and fall weekends in Oklahoma book up fast. That said, if your event is coming up soon, call us anyway — we occasionally have last-minute availability.
